It was developed by, of, and for the community, under the stewardship of the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region (COPPeR), the Bee Vradenburg Foundation, and a diverse steering committee of 24 local creative leaders. COPPeR Executive Director Andy Vick introduces the plan, and he shares how it was created and how we can all be a part of its implementation.
